ABB S200M-UC universal current miniature circuit breaker — rated for both AC and DC circuits per IEC/EN 60947-2. The UC range provides overload and short-circuit protection on AC final circuits (230/400 V AC) and on DC circuits up to 440 V DC. For DC applications the poles are connected in series: a 1-pole unit protects circuits up to 220 V DC, while a 2-pole unit with both poles in series is rated for 440 V DC. The maximum permissible DC voltage is 440 V regardless of pole count, limited by the product's rated insulation voltage (Ui = 440 V). Suitable for battery systems, DC bus protection, PLC supply feeders, and mixed AC/DC panel installations.
